It’s official: golf season is in full swing. Whether you’re heading out on the road for a weekend excursion to a bucket list course or you’re hitting your local track for a quick nine after work, golf is in the air, and it feels damn good. Know what else feels good, a quick refresh of your golf wardrobe. If your anything like me, you probably looked into your closet to replace your winter golf attire and realized it was about as outdated as the U.S. Ryder Cup team back in 1999.

So I decided it was time for a change and turned to the crew over at Trendy Golf to help me out in a time of need. With that in mind, there are so many brands doing amazing things in golf apparel, and Trendy makes it easy by having them all in one place. So for all of you out there looking top reinvigorate your summer golf style, here are a few of our favorite apparel brands that are doing it right.
Our Favorite Golf Apparel Brands for Summer 19

Linksoul
Summer golf is a lifestyle, and it is hard fought to find a brand that represents the season better than Linksoul. Founded by the legendary John Ashworth, the brand aims to stand for everything that makes golf great. And that is that it does not matter where you are playing, but more so who you are playing with. So if your looking for apparel that you can wear from the office to the course, to a night out, Linksoul’s laid back gear is the perfect fit for you. Shop the brand here.

Greyson
Greyson was founded by Charlie Schaefer, former SVP of design at Ralph Lauren. After 13 years of design experience from Ralph Lauren, Charlie parted ways to take on his biggest dream – the creation of his own label. Since then, Greyson has brought their own style to the course touting a unique wolf logo. Their polos are off the beaten path a bit with classic looks that will turn heads. And their products are made superior construction resulting in shorts and shirts that are remarkably breathable for those warm summer days. If you are looking to find your new favorite polo that most of your playing partners will have yet to try, then give Greyson a go. You won’t be disappointed. Shop the brand here.

Psycho Bunny
Speaking of unique logos, Psycho Bunny has been doing some really great stuff in golf the past few years. From the traditional golf uniform, the brand has added its own variable of edge to their designs. Simple polo’s like the one seen below on our good friend Jordan from The Dapper Drive is brought full circle with colorful accents added to the collar and sleeves. Subtle additions like this give Psycho Bunny a clean aesthetic that has turned us into fans. To top it off, the material used is some of the best we have seen for long summer days on the course. Psycho Bunny is hands down one of our favorite brands to watch this year. Shop Psycho Bunny here.

Bonobos
Bonobos was founded in 2007 with the goal to create the perfect fitting pant. The founders thought pants were either too boxy or too tight. The result was a fitting solution that launched the company into the stratosphere. The golf division of the highly successful apparel brand brought this same approach to their gear for the course. Bonobos look is classical with superior material that delivers remarkable fit and functionality all summer long. Shop the brand here.
Malbon Golf
Hands down, my favorite thing to do during the summer is playing our local muni after work. It’s the best. You can wear a t-shirt and shorts, grab a few beers and play until the sun goes down. To me, Malbon Golf encapsulates this feeling in a brand. Their streetwear focused clothing is the perfect companion to the casual golfing experience. I am personally a big fan of their recent collaboration with Nike and am excited to see what they come out with this summer.
Footwear
I am a big, big fan of the direction golf footwear has been taking over the past few years. And in my mind, no one is doing it better right now then Nike. The intro’s they have been making to their golf shoe arsenal has been incredible. For summer golf, the Air Max 1G takes the cake. They are very comfortable, looks great with shorts, and fit in wherever you are playing. Outside of Nike, we really like what Adidas and G/Fore are bringing to this category of your golf wardrobe. Shop footwear from all brands on Trendy here.
